Fundraising and Finance
Provide financial oversight for the CNC. Lead effort to create and execute multi-year fundraising plan. Lead process for creating and approving annual budget, monitoring expenses and regular financial reports. Present quarterly financial reports to steering committee.

Governance and Membership
Lead the coalition on issues related to governance structure, subcommittee structure and process for electing leadership. Facilitate the recruitment of member organizations. Develop plan for number and type of member engagement activities annually and facilitate implementation.

Strategic Thinking and Advancing Collaborative Public Funding Approaches (Community Benefits Fund)
Organize activities that focus on improving the health of the nonprofit sector and advancing systems changes in Cambridge, through building capacity on the organizational level and sector level.
