Katharine Boyington

Katharine Boyington joined Cambridge Nonprofit Coalition as a social work intern in Spring of 2021. She lives in Vancouver, Washington and is the Director of Human Resources at Delphinus Medical Technologies, a biotech company whose mission is to advance early detection of breast cancer in women with dense breast tissue. Katharine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Menlo College in Atherton, California, and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Boston University. As a human resources professional, Katharine is passionate about employee engagement, leadership development, conflict resolution, and cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace. Through her internship at Cambridge Nonprofit Coalition, she looks forward to expanding her knowledge of the nonprofit sector and learning more ways in which she can be involved in intervention and advocacy for marginalized communities. In her free time, Katharine enjoys hiking with her dog, Buddy, and spending time in the ceramics studio on the pottery wheel.
