Increasing Access to Affordable Housing
CNC member organizations serve many of the residents most deeply impacted by the Cambridge housing crisis. We believe that the lack of access to safe, appropriate and affordable housing is an issue of equity and are committed to advocating for changes that increase access to affordable housing, including the 100% affordable housing overlay.
