​Originally from South Carolina, Caroline earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Winthrop University. She then embarked on an academic journey to Boston, initially pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Boston College. However, Caroline redirected her academic path to focus on an MA in Humane Education, reflecting her evolving passion for animal and human rights. 

Caroline's professional journey with CNC began as a Boston College MSW fellow. Her transition to the role of Special Projects Associate was a natural progression, allowing her to contribute even more significantly to CNC's mission. 

Outside of work, you'll find Caroline glued to her favorite TV shows, exploring vegan eats, and chilling with her furry buddy, Basil.
