What are your organization's guiding values? 
We believe in the power of individual relationships, authentic community connections, and a level playing field for volunteer recruitment. Our mission is to strengthen civic engagement and support the nonprofit sector by recruiting an effective and inclusive volunteer corps for all agencies serving Cambridge residents.

What are the ongoing services or programs that your organization provides?
Our free, comprehensive "Find Your Mission" database represents 175+ organizations and is the go-to resource for anyone interested in local volunteer opportunities at the program or board level. Some 500+ people every year attend our monthly workshops and our remote Volunteer Fair, and dozens more find their match through our individual guidance. We bring Volunteer Managers together to discuss common issues and best practices, and to foster relationships across organizations.

Are there any upcoming projects or initiatives that your organization would like others to know about? 
Thursday, September 25 is the Fall 2025 Cambridge Volunteer Fair learn more here. featuring dozens of local organizations! This free, online event is presented by Cambridge Volunteers in partnership with the City of Cambridge and Cambridge Center for Adult Education. ALL are encouraged to attend. There is truly something for everyone.
