Green Cambridge works to create a more sustainable city and to protect the environment for the health and safety of all. We use Cambridge as our outdoor classroom for all ages for place-based environmental programming using art and science that centers on neighborhoods, communities, and equity. What are the ongoing programs or services that Green Cambridge provides? We run 4 programs throughout the year:
 If Green Cambridge was an emoji, which would it be and why? If we were an emoji it would be the deciduous tree. Trees are central to our community for health, habitat, storm protection, shade, and places for social connection. We try to be part of and support the social and environmental fabric of Cambridge--just like our trees!
Are there any upcoming projects or events that Green Cambridge would like others to know about? This fall, we are running the second season of Canopy Crew and will be planting trees across the city.
